Looking Back At The 2019 Springs Arts & Crafts Fair in the Folsom Historic District
We had a wonderful time are the 2019 Spring Arts & Crafts Fair!
We saw a steady stream of people coming and going throughout the day, and it was very well attended, as usual.
We were also thrilled to see how many people rode Light Rail for free to and from the event.
The beautiful weather was wonderful and is always a welcome highlight of this event! We loved seeing all of the families attending and all the dogs that people brought with them!
We were also excited that we sold out all 230 spaces!
This year, we utilized the Plaza area, the location of the Saturday Farmer's Market. This area gave us an additional 60 spaces/vendors!
We were pleased that the vendors were so appreciative of a very well organized event and that they had nothing but praise for the Folsom Historic District Association for the hard work that went into putting this event together.
The merchants were happy with the foot traffic that day and thrilled to see many first-time customers in their stores.
One of the attendees said “I'm impressed that the almost, if not all, the vendors made quality and interesting items, and there were no re-sellers of commercial products...nothing made in China."
