2 hrs or more a week, minimum request of 8hrs per month.
Folsom Historic District Association Ambassadors will act as initial contact with visitors to Historic Folsom offering hospitality and information. Ambassadors will also act as a reporter of suspicious activities, graffiti or problem areas within the Historic District.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, excellent verbal communication skills, knowledge of local businesses, events, amenities, lodging, directions, etc.
Candidate must possess the ability to communicate clearly, tactfully and compassionately with the public.
Experience/Training: Must possess a general love for Historic Folsom, the history and all it has to offer to the community. Must enjoy working outdoors. Prior customer service experience is highly desirable.
